| DESCRIPTION: The Mini-Trol is designed to provide efficient control of small commercial RO units for a nimimal cost. This compact microprocessor based controller maximizes functions and features important for an acceptable level of control. The Mini-Trol provides a 20 amp output relay for the RO pump and inlet solenoid, and monitors switch inputs from a pressure switch, *RO storage tank level switch, and a pretreat lockout switch. These inputs allow the RO unit to either run or shutdown as necessary for proper operation. Operating status is indicated on the face of the controller with a multi-color status LED. The Mini-Trol is optionally available with Auto Flush and a TDS Monitor. The Mini-Trol incorporates time delay for most functions to prevent false signals or high cycling. Jumpers allow the operator to make changes in the controller's operation, i.e. when a pressure fault alarm signal turns the RO unit OFF. The controller can latch out, leaving the RO unit OFF until manually reset, or restart after time delay and then latch out. The controller can also auto reset every 60 minutes until the pressure fault signal has cleared. *Other than tank level switch, this switch can be a flow switch, pressure switch, etc.
